I have used the Grounding Post Procedure for a few weeks now - and what a difference it has made!!
I have been walking in the mornings then using the grounding post procedure about once a week after my walk.
I have for a long time had an extra 'Rachel' in my mind, telling me all the negative things about me and scaring me so much that i have for a long time found it very hard to even go out in public, as i have mind attacks or panic attacks (especially around large groups) - In the last 2 weeks these 'mind attacks' or 'panic attacks' have lessoned considerably. (Actually to the point where i can evalute and talk my self through them rather be a victim of them) and also i can go out say shopping now and know that i can get through the experience (most of the time) in one piece (though not entirely out of the woods yet!!)
I haven't used the energy testing yet, i am nervous about trusting it (or actually trusting myself to know that the information is actually coming from my inner me) Has anyone else tried the Grounding post procedure and have they found it to be useful as i have? Is once a week enough or does it depend on the individual? ( i guess if i started the energy testing i could find out the second question for myself)
